Our Childhood born and grew up on the land with the oldest history in Vietnam. The land through many feudal dynasties that referring to the Northern cuisine is shaped by both long-standing traditions and heavy foreign influences with a preference for sour and salty rather than spicy and sweet.
Respect balance rules, Vietnamese cuisine always combines fragrance, taste, and the people colour with five elements which are known for its balance in each of these features. Many Vietnamese dishes include five fundamental taste senses: Spicy (metal), sour (wood), bitter (fire), salty (water) and sweet (Earth).
